DesignWhen it comes to design Journey starts at the end...What do we mean? Journey takes the time to gather pre course knowledge and skill levels of the delegates to ensure the course will be exactly right for those attending. After each course an evaluation form is complete so that the quality of the course and materials can be monitored and redesigned if necessary. Quality control is important to us. Learning is more than training and attending a course can be a real missed opportunity if the structure of the day and the content is not carefully planned. There is a limit to how much information we can take in. Even how each of us process that information is different. Journey’s designed courses cater for all learning styles. Each and every design includes learning for the delegates that relates to their world so they can take this back into their world and apply it.
